Terms of use and liability disclaimer
1. Contents of the online offering
ADAC HEMS Academy (the operator) does not accept any liability for the
topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided.
Liability claims against the operator regarding damage of a material
or ideational nature caused by the use or non-use of the information
provided or the use of incorrect or incomplete information is fundamentally
excluded provided the operator is not at fault by reason of his verifiably
wilful or gross negligence. All offers are subject to change and non-binding.
The operator expressly reserves the right to change, extend and delete
parts of pages or the entire offering without separate announcement and
to cease publication temporarily or definitively.
2. Referrals and links
With regard to direct or indirect links to external websites which lie
outside the responsibility of the operator, the operator's liability shall only become effective
if the operator was aware of the contents and it would have been technically possible
and reasonable for it to prevent use in the case of illegal contents.
The operator hereby expressly declares that no illegal content was identifiable
on the websites being linked to when the links were set. The operator has no influence
whatsoever over the current or future structure, contents or copyright of
websites that are linked or referred to. Therefore, the operator hereby expressly
distances itself from all contents of all linked/referred websites which
are changed after the link has been set. This determination applies to all
links and referrals set within the operator’s own Internet offering and to
entries of third parties in guestbooks, discussion books and mailing lists
set up by the operator. Solely the provider of the website being linked to is liable
for illegal, incorrect and incomplete contents and, in particular, for damage
arising from the use or non-use of such presented information and not anyone
simply linking to the respective publication.
3. Copyright and trademark law
The operator shall endeavour to observe the copyrights of the graphics,
audio and video clips and texts used, to use graphics, audio and video
clips and texts created by the operator itself or to resort to graphics, audio and

mentioned in the Internet offering which may be protected by third parties
are subject without reservation to the conditions of the respectively
valid trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective owner registered
for each. The mere mentioning of a brand or trademark should not be construed
to mean that they are not protected by third-party rights! The copyright
for any published items created by the author shall be reserved solely
for the author of the pages. Any duplication or use of such graphics, audio
and video clips or texts in other electronic or printed publications
is not permitted without the explicit consent of the operator or author.
